I comply with HIPAA requirements in handling personal information. I belong to a team of counselors who are trained annually on Medicare changes.

Exhibitor

I distribute educational materials at fairs and events from a Hawaii SHIP booth. I provide answers to basic Medicare questions about enrollment, eligibility, and costs. I belong to a team of exhibitors who greet visitors with kindness and sincere interest in their Medicare questions.

Administrative Helper

I support Hawaii SHIP staff with clerical duties, including data entry, making informational packets, translating materials into other languages, and other tasks as needed. I belong to a team of helpers who use their technical and organizational skills to assist with programmatic requirements.

Information Distributor

I transport educational brochures and newsletters about Hawaii SHIP and Medicare to sites where Medicare-eligible individuals gather, such as libraries, non-profit agencies, and community centers.
